Trick-or-Treat Sign Ups

• Trick-or-Treating runs from 5pm-7pm
• Space: Approximately 10' x 10' — large enough for a pop-up tent. Tables are not provided.
• Power: No power will be provided. Please plan for battery or solar-powered lighting if needed.
• Candy: Come prepared for a high volume of trick-or-treaters and bring plenty of treats!
• Teal Pumpkin Option: We encourage all participants to offer a Teal Pumpkin option — a small non-food treat for trick-or-treaters with food allergies or dietary restrictions. We introduced this option with a few participants last year and received great feedback from families. Some simple ideas include stickers, small toys, glow sticks, pencils or other kid-friendly goodies.
• Weather: This event will happen rain or shine, so please plan accordingly.
• Setup: Setup is available between 12:00–4:00 PM. Please be fully set up and ready before the event begins.

Hold Harmless & Release Agreement

By registering to participate in the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce Downtown Trick-or-Treat event, I acknowledge and agree that my participation is voluntary and at my own risk.

I, on behalf of myself, my business or organization, and its employees, volunteers, representatives, and participants, agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce, City of Ephrata, and their respective employees, volunteers, officers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in, or setup for, the Downtown Trick-or-Treat event.

I understand that I am responsible for the safety and conduct of my business/organization, employees, volunteers, and any equipment, displays, or activities I provide.

By submitting my registration, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this Hold Harmless & Release Agreement.
