Grand Parade Registration [June 13 - 11am]

By submitting this registration you agree to participate in the 2026 Sage-N-Sun Festival Grand Parade at your own risk and assume full responsibility for all individuals, vehicles, animals, equipment, and materials associated with your parade entry. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce, City of Ephrata, Ephrata Police Department, Ephrata School District, Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), Sage-N-Sun Festival organizers, volunteers, staff, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses that may arise before, during, or after participation in the parade. By registering, you acknowledge that participation may involve certain risks and agree to follow all parade rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event organizers and law enforcement. If registering on behalf of a group or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms on behalf of all participants associated with your entry.
