Hours of Operation - Vendors must be open Friday 6/12 & Saturday 6/13. Required hours of operation will be Friday 2pm-9pm, Saturday 8am-9pm. You must be open for business during these hours or until sunset, there will be security onsite Friday night after business hours through 6am Saturday. All vendors must vacate the premise by 8am Sunday.

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance and billed for registration, your payments must be made within 24 hours of billing notification. The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last-minute cancellations due to the weather. Please plan accordingly. Vendor cancellations before March 1st will receive a full refund, no refunds will be given after March 1st.

Electricity: Electricity is provided for all vendors who purchase power.

Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size, power and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. At the vendor coordinator’s discretion, vendor location may be moved prior to set-up, for any reason.

By submitting this application you accept and assume any and all risks, claims, actions and damages, direct or indirect which the undersigned may incur as a result of participation in any event or activity which is sanctioned by the Sage-N-Sun Festival, the Ephrata Chamber of Commerce, City of Ephrata, Grant County, Bureau of Reclamation and all of their respective officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns harmless and otherwise indemnify the same event. It is my expressed intention that this disclaimer and Hold Harmless Agreement be binding upon my agent, representatives, heirs and assigns.
